AM is a development practice based in Calcutta, working in construction and residential development across Kolkata.
We work across the full process of a project, from early planning and architectural coordination to engineering and site execution. Our preference is for measured progress rather than rapid expansion. Each project is approached with the same care, whether residential, commercial, or otherwise.

Mission
We set out to design and construct buildings that are sound in structure, thoughtful in layout, and honest in their detailing.
Residential development remains our primary focus. We have also undertaken commercial projects and a small number of non-profit works. Across more than twenty projects, our emphasis has stayed consistent: clarity of planning, discipline in construction, and attention to the finer points that shape daily living.
